センター長文読解問題 ─ 予防医学関連

ちょうど良い難易度の単語をたくさん含む予防医学関連記事が、3月2日のワシントン・ポスト紙に載っていましたので、これで予想問題を作ります。

問題は仲間はずれを選ぶもの、類語を選ぶもの、空欄補充とバラエティを持たせてみました。制限時間は20分です。Here we go!

 

"Preventive med businesses flourishing after deregulation"

Business (A-1) related to preventive medicine – which focuses on preventing illnesses and maintaining health – are steadily (B-1) gaining ground as the government (B-2) vigorously eases medical field regulations to (A-2) curb the increasing expenses stemming (C-1)           the aging of society.

The government’s easing of regulations provides the (B-3) backdrop to the (A-4) burgeoning preventive medicine-related industry. (C-3)      , regulations based on the Medical Practitioners’ Law made it difficult for private enterprises to enter the market. With the (B-4) enactment of the Industrial Competitiveness Enhancement Law in 2014, (C-4)          , companies are now allowed to sell, for (B-5) instance, blood test kids.

The Economy, Trade and Industry Ministry, in (C-5)       with companies and other entities, is currently (A-5) compiling standards to certify the quality of health tourism programs. The ministry aims to make them available by the end of March. “[The health tourism industry] needs to gain a high degree of trust from customers,” an industry insider said.
