問1 This is the cyber age where so much information is available for free on the Internet.  A lot of things are digitized and available with a touch of a button.   ①However, radio still plays a few key roles in our lives in daily as well as in emergency situations.  For example, when driving, it is not practical to watch TV or internet news even if they are readily available in your car.   ②To get information you require or listen to music, you may rely on radio since it only requires your audio and not sight.  In addition, in the time of disaster, mobile phones may not work, but radio could play a big role in providing much needed latest updates to listeners regarding evacuation or casualities.  ③At last but not least, radio is a vital source of information for blind people who solely rely on radio to give them news and community information.   ④It is not hard to foresee the future where radio will be something we will find only in the museum.

問2   In mid 2016, Brexit came as such a huge surprise as no one including the main stream media did not believe that British people would actually choose to leave the EU.   ①Why would you want to leave the market with 500 million people which would allow tax-free trades? The point commentators and scholars did not realize was the degree of anger and frustrations accumulated among common people.  ③They felt that they benefited from prosperity global economy was supposed to provideBritish companies doing business in the continent did profit from the benefits of the membership, or the passport, as they call it.  ④On the other hand, profits those companies made largely stayed within themselves or in the hands of their rich shareholders, without being fairly distributed to dedicated employees who run daily operations

問3 ①What people would consider "clean" really depends on individuals.  Some people just do not even seem to have a concept of hygiene and that does not bother them.  ②Others simply cannot take whatever other people touch slightly, wiping everything with antiseptic paper towels.  ③These people usually like each other although their lifestyles are so different.  Interestingly, these two types of people rarely come across each other since they tend to belong to different social classes.  ④Maybe it is for the better that they stay that way, since they would surely drive each other crazy with pretty much every encounter.
